Easy to work with. From scheduling, estimates (yes, they billed what they said they would without any hidden surprises), prepping, and their work. On time, every day. Crew was super friendly and competant in their tasks while being concerned about... not interrupting our life during the floor installation process and refinishing in another part of the house. Draped and cleaned up continually throughout the entire process. AND, bottom line, our hardwood floors look amazing. You literally can not tell which is the newly laid floor and which is the refinished floor. Best price in town too.read more
